2019 Commitment

It has been a while since I "blogged" . Going back, my New Years blogs have been a big factor to where I am now. Exceeding expectations in most of my goals, yet now it is February. This is perfect time because I realize New Years is first day of Spring. The main goal right now( as usual) is finding a place to make my sanctum Santorim, basically a place to live condicive to writing, creating, growing, without having to add any more hours work/ commute. Secondly is to produce daily public content video or blog to get the superhuman, djedi, overman word out and help as many as possible. I also need reliable transportation at this moment.
     The three goals above will be a challenge, so to prepare I need to start goal 0. This will be the the goal that all other goals will be fueled by... 
That would be my daily routine. Designed to prepare me mentally and physically for the tasks ahead, the foundation of "Me"
Morning:
write in dream journal
2 glasses clean water out of glass upon wakening
cold shower or icewater  facial dip
Shao lin Qi gong 5 stances

3 rounds Wim Hoff breathing/trataka
Bellows breath
Check/ maintain hydration

Evening
Eliminate artificial light after dark(toughest)
Buteyko / ritual meditation
Backward review day until asleep
Get dream journal ready
I will begin consistently with these today, making full commitment on first day of Spring.

Shao lin Qi gong- found this 5 stance routine on Youtube, get a good vibe off instructor. There are many forms of qi gong, since i grew up watching black belt theatre and listening to wu tang clan this was the first i tried and love it. I feel the energy and it has helped immensly with active flexibility and stability.

Backward review: this is a technique where you remember your days events backwards by reliving moments in your mind. For instance got in bed, took off clothes, brushed teeth, put away dishes, washed dishes, ate dinner....
Combine this technique with being more mindful during day and your memory increse substantially. Somehow going through like this puts day on permanent save in your brain ha
